As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. We do our best to keep an accurate, live inventory. On occasion we find that an item is not available. If this is the case, you will be notified by email to see if you would prefer a different item or a refund.
Orders ship within five business days from the date of your order. If you require expedited shipping please send an email to email@example.com and we can provide you with the available expedited shipping options and costs. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.
