Refund policy
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN/EXCHANGE:
Simply send a return request from the link on your order confirmation or send an email to Info@EmilyLacey.com
Please note the policies below regarding returns and exchanges.
Returns
Due to the seasonal nature of our merchandise, all return requests must be placed within 14 days of receipt.
We can no longer offer free returns. If approved, the return/exchange postage will be deducted from your refund or you will be invoiced.
To be eligible for a an exchange or return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with the original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 2 days.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Discounted items may be exchanged with approval, however ALL shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges
Items can be exchanged provided we have the desired model in stock. Due to the amazing deals we are offering, we cannot provide free shipping for exchanges. If you need to exchange an item please send an email to Info@emilylacey.com. All shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and an invoice will be sent via email.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
